Activities
ON Monday, we will have the regular vocabulary quiz with words from Great Expectations and questions covering Acts I-III. Then we will continue with film viewing. Please be reminded to bring Exercises #s 8 and #10.
ON Tuesday, before we continue viewing the film, we will discuss CLAUSES. Then you will work on your activities due that day.
ON Wednesday, we will discuss POETIC DEVICES and work on the assignment in class. Then we will discuss study guide questions from III to V before continuing to view the film.
ON Thursday, you will work on Exercise #11 SENSORY IMAGE and Exercise #12 ALLUSIONS AND SYMBOLS after a short review.
ON Friday, I will give you a test on Twelfth Night, Or What You Will.

Homework: Prepare for TAKS on March 3
Complete Excercise #6 and #7, due March 5
Great Expectations Vocab #s (A list will be given on Wednesday, March 3)
On Monday, I will give a vocabulary quiz with some questions based on Twelfth Night. Then, those who are not finished with the OER questions in the practice booklet will complete them. On Tuesday, we will go over the revising and editing part of the practice booklet. On Wednesday, you will take the reading TAKS and in the afternoon, we will go back to our regular lesson and discuss Act III questions. On Thursday, we will review phrases and discuss Excercise #6. I will collect vocabulary list on Friday. Then view Acts IV and V of Twelfth Night.
Prepare for Monday’s quiz with GE vocabulary and Twelfth Night Acts I-III.
